Latest Work

Volumes reopened on September 17 after being closed for more than a year.

Production manager, writer and editor for Columbia College Chicago's Echo Magazine. In the Roots issue, I managed production in a magazine room with MEs, writers, editors and photographers by holding succinct recap meetings and consistently updating a budget sheet. In addition, I researched and wrote the following stories: "Lions, dolphins and polar bears, oh my!," "Talking about roots," and co-wrote "Eating around the world."

In Columbia College Chicago's Global Marketing program, I traveled to Prague in June 2023 to explore the culture of the Czech Republic and their beauty brand Dermacol. Within two weeks, we created a global marketing strategy based on concert makeup that allows Dermacol to expand to the United States. I contributed the PESTC analysis, big idea, target audience, social media strategy, timeline and measurement. From this, I have a deeper understanding of how to formulate and collaborate on a marketing strategy for a brand looking to expand to a new country.

As part of the Fashion Studies department at Columbia College Chicago, I analyzed 100 objects of fashion history. The last object was of my choosing where I dived into the history of festival wear and its importance, and controversies, to fashion.
